Hi, I'm Amber.
I’m a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of their experiences. With a focus on fostering self-awareness, I guide clients through reflective exploration, empowering them to create actionable plans for personal growth and well-being. Together, we can work to navigate challenges and cultivate a path forward that aligns with your goals.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from U of T, and I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers of Ontario. I have been practicing social work and therapy for 15 years in various settings, including work in communities in Toronto and abroad, hospitals and mental health clinics.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to empower you to develop insight, resilience, and the skills necessary to lead a more fulfilling life.
Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, and spending time with family.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your path to personal growth and well-being. Feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation or to learn more about my services!
